  Attending post natal pilates class at Body Align Physio, is the best thing i could have done after having my second child. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable in womens health, and they have greatly assisted me in many areas to strengthen my 'post baby body'. The instructors give me the confidence and support to want to continue to improve my health and wellbeing, by attending their pilates classes.

  Amanda and the team at Body Align offer an exceptional service. With both professionalism and expertees, this Clinic is one to seek out. I have attended Pilates, both matt and reformer classes and have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding from The instructors about woman's health and the importance of strengthening. This has predominantly helped me to regain my pre pregnancy body and given me confidence to continue to exercise post pregnancy.
